Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Buyer Incentives platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

• Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically billed for the subscription tier you selected.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months used.

• Zero Per-Unit Costs: Your subscription grants you unlimited access to distribute certificates from our vault without paying a per-unit fee to us.
• Taxes and Fees Disclaimer: You understand and agree that while the core value of the hotel stay, cruise cabin, or dining voucher is covered, the end-user (your client) is responsible for paying standard local government taxes, resort fees, or port expenses at the time of booking. You agree not to market these certificates to your clients as "100% completely free with no taxes," as this violates our transparent marketing policies.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages to individuals who have not opted in to your marketing.
• Misrepresent the nature of the travel certificates or utilize deceptive "timeshare-style" high-pressure sales tactics.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws regarding advertising and consumer protection.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you are violating these marketing standards.

The Service provides you with 100% brandable marketing assets. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use, download, and distribute these assets (videos, flyers, PDFs) solely for the purpose of promoting your own business while you are an active, paying subscriber.

Buyer Incentives acts as a software provider connecting you with third-party hospitality and reward fulfillment networks. We are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party travel providers, hotels, cruise lines, or restaurants. In no event shall Buyer Incentives be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or your clients' use of the travel certificates.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
