When you deliver a closing reward to a prospect or client, you provide us with their name and email address. This data is used solely to facilitate reward delivery on your behalf. BuyerNetwork does not market to, profile, or re-engage your prospects independently. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent to share recipient contact information with us for reward delivery purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes. Reward delivery logs may be retained for up to 24 months for dispute resolution and compliance purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Buyer Incentives uses essential cookies to maintain your session and platform functionality. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking for ad targeting on the Platform.
