Terms of Service — Buyer Incentives

1. About This Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buyer Incentives ("the Platform"), a deal-closing rewards service operated by BuyerNetwork ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Buyer Incentives is a product of BuyerNetwork. BuyerNetwork is the parent company, payment processor, and data controller for all services delivered through the Buyer Incentives platform. References to "Buyer Incentives," "BuyerNetwork," or "the Platform" throughout these Terms refer collectively to BuyerNetwork and its Buyer Incentives product.

2. Description of Service

Buyer Incentives provides business owners and sales professionals with access to premium, brandable closing rewards including luxury hotel stays, cruise packages, and fine dining experiences. These rewards are issued digitally and delivered to prospects and clients as defined by you, the account holder.

The Platform is intended solely for legitimate business use. You may not use Buyer Incentives to deliver rewards in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal transactions.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@buyerincentives.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Pricing and Billing

Buyer Incentives operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing model. You are charged only for the closing rewards you deliver. Volume-based pricing tiers apply as follows:

1 to 500 rewards per month: $4.97 per reward
501 to 2,000 rewards per month: $2.97 per reward
2,001 to 10,000 rewards per month: $1.97 per reward
10,001 or more rewards per month: $0.97 per reward

There are no hidden subscription fees, setup costs, or minimum monthly commitments. All payments are processed securely by BuyerNetwork. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.

5. Reward Delivery and Redemption

Closing rewards are delivered digitally via email, embedded proposal links, or API trigger. BuyerNetwork facilitates fulfillment of all reward redemptions through its verified supplier network. Redemption is subject to availability and the specific terms attached to each reward type.

You acknowledge that reward experiences (hotel stays, cruises, dining) are subject to availability and blackout periods as disclosed in each reward. BuyerNetwork is not liable for third-party supplier cancellations or changes outside of its control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Deliver rewards in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal business practices
Impersonate another person, brand, or organization
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security features
Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission from BuyerNetwork
Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and technology are the exclusive property of BuyerNetwork. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended business purpose. You retain ownership of any brand assets (logos, names) you upload to customize your reward templates.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time with no penalty. BuyerNetwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its users. Upon termination, access to the Platform and all associated reward templates will be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyerNetwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Buyer Incentives. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BuyerNetwork in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

BuyerNetwork may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of Buyer Incentives after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
